Led by Dr. Mason Breeding, DBA, Crusader Talent is staffed with industry experts who understand the intricacies of content creation monetization. Mason founded Crusader Talent in 2019 when he noticed a gap in representation for video game content creators. Today, the agency represents more than 60 gaming creators, with an operations team in Los Angeles, West Palm Beach, and Manila, and has run campaigns for brands including IBM, NVIDIA, Amazon, and ExpressVPN.
Mason also co-founded CreatorCrafted, an officially Jagex-licensed Old School RuneScape merchandise brand.
Alongside his work at Crusader, Mason is one of the few agency leaders publishing academic research on the creator economy. He earned his Doctor of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, where his research analyzed more than 7,000 YouTube videos to understand how sponsorships affect creators and their audiences. He served as a Management Practice Visitor at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School in 2026 and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
